Do you deliver worldwide?

We currently deliver only within France and Belgium.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Delivery Time: 4 to 8 business days.

(Please note that this is the maximum timeframe — most of our customers receive their orders sooner.)

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.

How can I get my tracking number?
